Textile & Apparel Logistics

Textile and apparel runs on short lead times and frequent shipments. Season changes, collection calendars and retail orders drive the logistics directly. Dealti Logistics moves fabric rolls, yarns, home textiles and ready-made garments between Turkey, China and Central Asia on regular road lines; shipments are planned around production and store calendars.

Cargo types and handling

  • Fabric rolls and yarn: palletised or by the roll; covered stacking against moisture and dirt
  • Home textiles: curtains, carpets, bedding, upholstery; boxed transport
  • Ready-made garments: boxed or hanging-garment setup; for hanging transport the trailer is fitted out accordingly
  • Technical and industrial textiles: automotive, filtration and packaging fabrics

The loading and stacking plan is confirmed before the shipment. Creasing and damp are the main risks for fabric, crushing for garments; vehicle choice and internal layout are planned around this.

Routes

  • From Turkey: export on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan lines, via Georgia and Azerbaijan on the Caspian crossing (Alat - Kuryk) or through the Russia transit corridor. The corridor is chosen on the balance of transit time and cost.
  • From China: regular inbound loads on the Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey lines, through the Kazakhstan corridor.

How we handle it

Depending on volume, a full load (FTL) or part load (LTL) is proposed. For single-store or single-order quantities a part load is usually more economical; in that case the departure schedule is shared in advance, and during peak season capacity is reserved early.

On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact throughout. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route. Because we also carry furniture and retail cargo on the same corridors, a return load is planned where it fits.
