Machinery and equipment shipments are mostly single units, heavy and high in value. Dealti Logistics moves industrial machinery, production-line equipment, units such as generators and compressors, and spare parts between Turkey and Central Asia. Every shipment is planned individually around the dimensions of the load and the delivery conditions.
Before the shipment, the dimensions, weight and lashing points of the load are shared; vehicle type, securing method and route are set accordingly. For sensitive units, anti-vibration blocks and insulation are used.
For heavy and out-of-gauge cargo a lowbed is proposed, for standard machines a full load, and for spare parts a part load. When the installation schedule is set, the shipment is planned backwards from it. The installation site, crane requirement and unloading conditions are discussed at the quote stage.
On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list, technical drawings and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route. Because we share the same corridors with HVAC equipment, return-load planning is possible.
