Electronic goods are high-value and sensitive to impact and moisture. Because product launches and retail campaigns set the shipment calendar, planning is done early; shipments run in sealed vehicles under continuous tracking.
After loading, the vehicle is sealed and the seal number is recorded on the CMR; seal integrity is checked on delivery. For high-value shipments the route and rest plan are set in advance. Covers, under-pallet insulation and a closed body are used against moisture; in winter the interior conditions are watched for the risk of condensation.
Depending on volume, a full or part load is proposed. On part loads, electronic cargo travels in a separate, secured section of the load and is not placed on the same pallet as heavy goods. For campaign and launch shipments with a set delivery date, the plan is built backwards and capacity is reserved in advance. Where regional storage or distribution is needed, bonded warehouse solutions are brought in.
On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked, seal integrity is checked, and you have a single operations contact throughout. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route.
