Construction & Building Materials Logistics

Building materials are heavy, high-volume and often tied to a project schedule. Dealti Logistics moves a wide range, from tiles and building chemicals to profiles, pipes and insulation, and from prefabricated components to project equipment, between Turkey and Central Asia. Site delivery dates are at the centre of the shipment plan.

Cargo types and handling

• Tiles, ceramics and glass: palletised, dense and fragile; weight distribution and stacking order are critical
• Profiles, pipes and long items: bundled transport, end protection and in-vehicle securing
• Insulation and facade materials: high-volume light cargo; packaging against moisture and crushing
• Prefabricated components and project equipment: lowbed and dedicated securing when heavy or out-of-gauge

For dense loads, floor loading and axle distribution are calculated; for fragile materials, stacking height is limited. On project loads, dimensions, weight and route suitability are assessed together before the shipment.

Routes

• From Turkey: export on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan lines, via Georgia and Azerbaijan on the Caspian crossing or through the Russia transit corridor
• Project shipments: including Georgia and Azerbaijan, with the route planned around cargo dimensions

How we handle it

For standard materials a full or part load is proposed; for heavy and out-of-gauge cargo, a lowbed. When the site delivery date is set, the shipment is planned backwards from it and capacity is reserved in advance. On phased projects, shipments are split to match the installation sequence.

On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route. Because we use the same corridors for machinery and equipment, return-load planning is possible.
