Which service fits usually depends on the volume and nature of your cargo. If your load fills a truck on its own, full truckload (FTL) is the natural choice; for a few pallets or a few cubic metres, less than truckload (LTL) usually makes more sense. Cargo that exceeds the dimensions or weight of a standard trailer moves as heavy and out-of-gauge freight, and temperature-sensitive goods travel in refrigerated trucks.
