Heavy Transport

Heavy and out-of-gauge transport is for cargo that does not fit a standard tilt trailer, or that needs special equipment and permits because of its weight, height or width. Dealti Logistics moves these shipments on its own lowbed trailers; the process from planning to delivery is managed by our operations team.

China-origin heavy shipments run via Azerbaijan and Georgia, using a Caspian Sea ferry connection.

Operations: planning and permits

Heavy transport needs detailed planning before the vehicle moves. On every project Dealti Logistics handles:

• Route permits and escort vehicle arrangements
• Route analysis, bridge and height clearance checks
• Secure loading and lashing
• Port and customs coordination

For large cargo that still fits standard dimensions, full truckload (FTL) may be more suitable.
