Cargo types and handling

  • Mechanical and electrical parts: boxed, palletised; with a high SKU count, labels are matched against the shipment list
  • Tyres: bundled or palletised; covered stacking against heat and direct sun
  • Glass and body panels: upright transport, edge protection and a separate load area
  • Batteries and parts containing fluids: classification and packaging are shared before the transport plan

On multi-item shipments, boxes are checked against the shipment list during loading. Fragile and heavy parts are stacked separately; on mixed pallets, heavier items go to the bottom.

Routes

  • From Turkey: export on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan lines, via Georgia and Azerbaijan on the Caspian crossing or through the Russia transit corridor
  • From China: aftermarket part flows on the Turkey and Caucasus lines, through the Kazakhstan corridor

How we handle it

Where many small orders combine into one shipment, a part load is usually the best fit; in that case a weekly departure schedule is shared and consignments are consolidated to it. For bulk single batches a full load is used. Where regional storage is needed, bonded warehouse solutions are brought in.

On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route.
