Plastics & Packaging Materials Logistics

The plastics sector has two different cargo profiles: dense and heavy raw materials, and high-volume light packaging products. Dealti Logistics moves plastic granules and resin, film and sheet, and packaging products such as bottles and containers between Turkey and Central Asia. Vehicle type is chosen by the density of the load.

Cargo types and handling

• Granule and pellet raw materials: in big bags or octabins; weight distribution and pallet stability, covered against moisture
• Resin and masterbatch: palletised sacks or boxes; moisture-protected transport for hygroscopic products
• Film, sheet and rolls: palletised, packaged against crushing and UV exposure
• Bottles, containers and packaging products: high-volume light cargo; tight stacking for a high fill rate

On raw material loads, floor loading and axle distribution are checked. For hygroscopic resins, packaging integrity and under-pallet insulation matter; for high-volume packaging products, a 120 m³ trailer improves the fill rate.

Routes

• From Turkey: export on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan lines, via Georgia and Azerbaijan on the Caspian crossing or through the Russia transit corridor
• From China: raw material and semi-finished flows on the Turkey and Caucasus lines, through the Kazakhstan corridor

How we handle it

For dense raw material loads a full load is proposed, for packaging products and smaller batches a part load; 120 m³ trailers are preferred for high-volume cargo. Where storage is required, bonded warehouse solutions are brought in. The same corridors are shared with chemicals.

On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route.
