HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Logistics

HVAC equipment is both high-volume and partly heavy, and sensitive to impact. Dealti Logistics moves air conditioning units, chillers and heat pumps, fan coils and duct equipment between Turkey and Central Asia. Shipments are usually tied to a project or site schedule.

Cargo types and handling

• Compressor units (split, VRF outdoor units, heat pumps): upright transport, palletised securing, impact protection
• Chillers and large air handling units: standard trailer or lowbed by weight and size, secured at lashing points
• Fan coils, ducting and grilles: high-volume light cargo; a stacking limit against crushing
• Copper pipe, insulation and accessories: bundled and boxed, palletised

Compressor products are transported without being laid flat; packaging integrity and label orientation are checked. The weight and size of the unit and the unloading conditions at the delivery point are shared before the shipment.

Routes

• From Turkey: export on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan lines, via Georgia and Azerbaijan on the Caspian crossing or through the Russia transit corridor
• Project shipments: for large units the route is planned around size and weight

How we handle it

For standard units a full or part load is proposed, for large chiller units heavy transport. When the site delivery date is set, the shipment is planned backwards from it; on multi-unit projects, deliveries are split to match the installation sequence. The same corridors are shared with machinery and equipment.

On the basis of the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents, transit (T1 / TIR) and CMR processes are handled by Dealti Logistics, with customs clearance coordinated through local brokers. The vehicle is GPS tracked and you have a single operations contact. The quote covers freight, border crossing and transit coordination for the stated route.
