The TIR Carnet is an international customs transit document issued under the TIR Convention. It lets a loaded vehicle cross one or more countries under customs seal without paying import duties and taxes at each border, or undergoing a full customs inspection at every crossing.
Dealti opens a TIR Carnet (or a T1, depending on the route and countries involved) after export customs clearance, before the vehicle crosses into transit countries.
